Rise On Meridian

TWG’s newest apartment complex, Rise on Meridian, is a new $58 million 269-unit multifamily housing complex on the south side of Indianapolis. The units vary from 562-954 square feet and cost between $1,200-$2,100/month. Through a partnership with the City of Indianapolis and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) bonds, 5% of the units will be reserved for individuals with income less than or equal to 30% of the area’s median income.

Rise on Meridian approached Bohlsen Group to develop the branding package around the new complex. This was inclusive of the look and feel as well as the messaging.

The brand pattern is inspired by bread scoring techniques to pay homage to the property’s roots as a bakery.

Process

STEP 1: MESSAGING

Bohlsen Group developed a messaging strategy for Rise on Meridian focused on the young professional, who wants the downtown vibe with all the amenities at their fingertips. Surrounded by local craft breweries, restaurants, and easy access to Indianapolis highways, this complex is positioned in a cultural corridor that attracts those searching for early brunches, sporting events, and a neighborhood feel.

STEP 2: TACTICS

Bohlsen Group worked with TWG to outline needs for the physical building as well as the marketing/sales efforts to get tenants in the space.

STEP 3: EXECUTE

Bohlsen Group started with the development of the logo, tagline and color palette based on the building's proposed look and feel. From that, Bohlsen Group developed building signage, marketing/sales materials, and a suite of stationary elements.
