THE CARLYLE AT CHATHAM HILLS
In 2023, TWG Development again engaged with Bohlsen Group on another of their communities; The Carlyle at Chatham Hills in Westfield, Indiana. A high-level look and feel for this community had already been established previously and Bohlsen Group was tasked with further building out the community’s assets and branding.
Bohlsen Group worked to develop key promotional materials for the community, including:

Branded Folder
This asset was developed to hold sales materials to be distributed to potential tenants.
Folder internal assets
These included a sheet that outlined the community amenities, a fee sheet, and a template for all of the different floor plans that were available.
Promotional Flyer
This owned asset was developed as an easy handout for promotional opportunities for the community.
Business Card Template
This template was developed for TWG to be able to build out business cards as team members are hired for this community.
Sidewalk Sign
This signage will be placed outside of the community to drive traffic to the leasing office.
